@AVARY Hearing no distributors wanted to touch it, though.

@AVARY I'm no forensic accountant, but that sounds like money laundering to me.

@AVARY If the use of AI enhancements is for anything more than non speaking roles or some type of flashback sequence (à la Forest Gump and Lyndon B Johnson) it is a hard pass.

@AVARY I feel like more money could be saved with the tech we all have access to now. Am I wrong?

@AVARY Exactly. It’s so clear everyone is just making bank off of it in salary.

@AVARY That’s why all the A listers are supporting AI. They’re not willing to give up their 8 figure salaries even though studios are cutting back. So they support cutting BTL jobs. Eliminating production design, locations, etc.

@AVARY Wow, I was closer than I thought. I jokingly said 68 million above the line and 2 million for ai and crew. I guess all artists are equal but some artists are more equal than others?

@AVARY AI is the bait. Data centers are the switch. The con is state control. Centers centralize personal data. CBDC tracks all spending. Spying via data centers fuses all info feeds into a kind of We by Eugene Zamiatin state. IMO. This is a hot take. Perilous prognostication.

@AVARY What does 'above the line' mean. Well, its the death of film, in my opinion. Tell Quentin to make the Quen10th soon and leave before this beautiful art is gone
