@DefinitelyJSON Compared to which country ? If you're comparing it to Luxemburg... yeah, it's underperforming. Compare it to Portugal and you'll see there's not much of a difference. Compare it to Armenia and it's a rich country. So which point of reference are you using to base your claim ?
