Hey @O2 and @VueCinemas, I need help with an O2 Priority voucher issue that your support team is failing to resolve. The T&Cs state the voucher is valid for "Regular" seats at non-Lux sites (like Bury), but I’m being charged a £2 "upgrade" fee per ticket. 1/3

@rosskearns Hey there Ross, sorry to hear about the unexpected expenses whilst using one of our O2 Priority vouchers. Could you give us more information about what happened? For example, which cinema did you go to, what seat did you ask for?

@O2 Hi @O2, thanks for reaching out to help resolve this. Thankfully I have managed to come to a resolution. After initially being gaslit by @vuecinemas on the cause of the error (see email thread below) they have finally admitted it was a fault on their website
