Does anyone actually watch presidential debates for the informational value and not for their sheer entertainment?

It’s like watching professional wrestling. Super entertaining as long as you know it’s acting. If you think it’s real, then, well, we need to have another conversation.

@PrestonSprinkle If you think you are getting valuable information from a debate, there is something seriously wrong.

@PrestonSprinkle What does 'informational value' mean? Hopefully, most of the issues are already known to voters on some level. Learning more about candidates' stances and policies would be the only novel info but even then, they should be giving clear messages about this before the debate.
