No matter how tired you are, play with your pets — you’re their whole day.

Killing animals is not masculine. Hunting defenseless animals with a gun doesn’t make you look tough. It makes you look like a prick.

Men who harm animals are far more likely to also harm humans. A teenager in my town would beat ducks in a pond. No real punishment was given. He went on to rape and nearly kill a girl, leaving her blind and brain-damaged. Animal cruelty is a warning sign which should be heeded.
