If you honestly believe what is proposed is an improvement and in the best interests of the people, not an obscenely rich cabal, then comply with section 328 of the Constitution and submit it to a national referendum. One final point - the British designed Lancaster Constitution never required a referendum for its amendment unlike the Zimbabwean People’s Constitution sacredly agreed to in 2013.
