Je vois des gens qui commencent à blâmer le restaking pour l'événement de cette nuit. Ce serait comme dire que l'inventeur de l'automobile est responsable de tous les accidents de la route. Revenons sur ce qu'il s'est passé: 1. Des gens ont vendu du $ezETH (on ne sait pas pourquoi, mais à la rigueur, on s'en fout) 2. Les pools $ezETH étant peu liquides, cela a fait chuter le prix de quelques pourcents. Autrement dit, $ezETH a commencé à légèrement depeg. 3. Des gens qui avaient trop de levier sur $ezETH ont commencé à se faire liquider sur Morpho. 4. Cela a déclenché une cascade de liquidations qui a provoqué un depeg massif (~50%). Si on pouvait résumer tout ça en une seule phrase: Des gens ont pris trop de levier et se sont fait bien rekt. Ou autrement dit: des gens ont trop bu en soirée, ils ont roulé trop vite et se sont mangé un platane. Si cela était arrivé sur les LSD, est-ce qu'on aurait dit que le staking d'ETH est dangereux ? Bien sûr que non, ça n'a aucun sens. N'oubliez pas qu'EigenLayer n'est qu'une place de marché pour échanger de la sécurité, rien de plus qu'une vision étendue du staking. Il y a peut être des gens à blâmer, mais EigenLayer n'en fait pas partie. Si tu veux comprendre un peu mieux le principe du restaking, et pourquoi je trouve qu'il porte mal son nom, je t'invite à lire ce thread: x.com/tx_analysor/st… 🫡
