Canadian judge Jocelyne Gagné just BLOCKED the deportation of an Indian national who kiIIed SIXTEEN hockey players in a crash. Her reasoning? She’s afraid for his "mental well-being." Insanity

CBC Karen Pauls @karenpaulscbc Accused Of Bias In Humboldt Broncos Coverage Favoring Convicted Killer Over Victims @CBCNews thedaily.ca/cbc-karen-paul… Karen Pauls has built a career at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation marked by persistent bias and editorial choices that prioritize sympathetic portrayals of perpetrators over the profound suffering of victims. In her extensive reporting on the Humboldt Broncos bus crash and Jaskirat Sidhu the man responsible for killing 16 people and injuring 13 she has consistently framed the story around his remorse his mental health challenges and the potential family separation he faces. This approach diminishes the gravity of his negligence and the lasting trauma inflicted on the families who lost loved ones. Pauls has produced multiple articles and segments that grant Sidhu prominent space to discuss his personal struggles while presenting victim perspectives as secondary or balanced counterpoints rather than the central focus they deserve. Her selective editing practices have drawn sharp condemnation from families directly affected. Chris Joseph the father of one victim has publicly accused Pauls of twisting interviews by cutting key statements demanding deportation and using softer production elements for Sidhu family scenes. Such techniques create an emotional imbalance that humanizes the driver at the expense of those mourning irreplaceable losses. Joseph has stated that this pattern has destroyed trust in mainstream media coverage of the tragedy leaving families feeling their voices are manipulated to fit a predetermined narrative. Pauls continued emphasis on humanitarian grounds legal delays and Sidhus family circumstances years after the crash serves only to prolong public attention on the perpetrator while reopening wounds for survivors and bereaved relatives. This reporting style reflects deeper issues in Pauls professional conduct. Rather than delivering straightforward accounts of accountability and justice she has amplified excuses and complexities that soften the consequences of dangerous driving. Internal actions at the broadcaster including monitoring and archiving negative public reactions to her work indicate an awareness of the controversy yet no apparent effort to correct course. Pauls has turned a preventable tragedy rooted in unqualified operation and regulatory failures into a platform for ongoing sympathy toward the individual at fault. Her choices have fueled widespread calls for her removal from such sensitive assignments and for greater scrutiny of taxpayer funded journalism that appears to favor certain narratives over victim centered truth. Pauls body of work on this case exemplifies a failure of journalistic duty. By repeatedly centering the drivers side she has contributed to a public discourse that questions whether Canadian lives hold equal weight when weighed against immigration and family considerations. Families have expressed exhaustion with the cycle of stories that revisit the horror without delivering closure. Her persistence in this vein despite clear backlash reveals a reporter more committed to her framing than to ethical balance or respect for those harmed. The result is coverage that many view as exploitative and dismissive of the human cost at the heart of the Humboldt Broncos story. Pauls approach has damaged credibility and intensified demands that she face professional consequences for undermining the seriousness of this national tragedy.

Finally the truth comes out. Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem just admitted it on camera: Higher oil prices + fuel taxes = more inflation and possible rate hikes. For years Trudeau told us the carbon tax “wouldn’t be inflationary.” Carney kept every single tax (excise, GST, and the rebranded carbon tax) and the media attacked Pierre Poilievre for wanting to cut gas taxes — claiming it would cause inflation. They knew the whole time. We were being gaslit. Hard. Attach the video — it’s absolute gold. 🔥🇨🇦 🎥 Credit @hrh_elliot

A terrorist got a visa to enter Canada. I just asked the Ministers in charge how this happened. They cited “privacy”. So I asked them to point to which section of the Privacy Act protected such terrorists. No answers. No credibility. Watch👇🏼

🚨ANOTHER LIBERAL DROPS🚨 Another Liberal has stepped away from Carney’s government. Different reason, same result: instability at the top. The question now isn’t if there’s division… it’s how deep it goes.

First and foremost,  Helen Grus is so grateful for the prayers and support. She is in this challenge as she believes in the principles of policing; preserve peace, prevent crime, protect life and property. There are countless amazing officers risking their lives daily to do just that. When unlawful orders are given by police supervisors, officers must challenge them; respectfully, however with the authority all officers are granted by law. This challenging time in Helen's life in dealing with the allegations against her, will not break her.  The financial costs are tremendous however, whoever concocted the ridiculous, unprecedented Discreditable Conduct charge against Helen, simply doesn't know her.  Perhaps they thought she'd take a plea and hunker down quietly.  They didn't realize that Helen doesn't worship money, she worships God. She doesn't love money, she loves life! Truth, Love and Compassion will prevail. Sent to me by a friend.

How does an IRGC regime official get through any Canadian security checks? Did the Carney Liberals grant a temporary residency permit and override Canadian immigration officials? Not a single IRGC regime official should be allowed on Canadian soil. Canadians deserve answers now.
Melissa Lantsman@MelissaLantsman

🚨 Did the Liberals issue a TRP to Mehdi Taj, an alleged IRGC commander & Iran’s football chief to enter Vancouver for FIFA Congress on April 30, despite being inadmissible? Did the immigration minister override her officials and give him a special permit? Canada calls the IRGC a terrorist entity. So why is the back door open? Canadians need answers.

Just to retain a criminal lawyer usually costs $5,000 to $10,000. Jaskirat Singh Sidhu was able to pay criminal counsel and now has a top-tier immigration lawyer while challenging deportation-which is a collateral consequence of his killing 16 people and badly injuring 13 more.

His Lawyer Got A Federal Judge In 2 Days | Chris Joseph Has Been Waiting 7 Years Jaskirat Singh Sidhu's lawyer filed a motion on April 21st to stay his deportation. He got in front of a federal judge in 2 days. @cjoseph23 has been fighting the government of Saskatchewan in court for 7 years. I experienced the exact same thing when I was interviewed by Barton. I spent 2 hours on camera with her criticizing the Trudeau gov & RCMP over their failure to properly handle the kidnapping & murder of 2 CDN’s. Of course I had to show her & her producer all the evidence I had to back up my claims & afterwards her producer took me to lunch to thank me. My 2 hours of screen time turned into 40 seconds during the broadcast & was focused on the least important thing I said. Her expose was a joke! That was a decade ago & CBC is still at it. My bad for thinking they really cared about the victims, their families & the incompetence of the RCMP & the Trudeau gov! Sad to see the Humboldt families discovering the same thing!

Father Exposes CBC Bias in Humboldt Broncos Tragedy: “They’ve Been Notorious for This” “It’s not your story to tell,” says former NHL player Chris Joseph, who lost his son in the Humboldt Broncos tragedy in 2018 when foreign truck driver Jaskirat Sidhu blew through a stop sign and killed 16 people, including his son, Jaxon Joseph. Joseph repeated his accusations against CBC of being biased in favour of Sidhu, who is fighting his deportation order after serving merely 3.5 years in prison for causing the deaths of 16 people and injuring 13 Canadians through his negligence. “Let everybody speak, but don’t chop and edit to narrate the story the way you want it to be done. @karenpaulscbc did that with CBC. She played soft music when the Sidhus were walking through the park holding hands together, and then when she interviewed Russ Herold, who was on my side, it was a cold ring via Zoom call. She just doesn’t give the same attention to detail. I wish mainstream media would grow a backbone and tell it like it is,” @cjoseph23 said.
