Peeps in this industry posting stuff from years ago! Last 3-4 years is what matters because it’s what have you done recently. Especially in this business. In sports 4 years ago is forgotten. College coaches be gone a year or 2 after winning. Last 3 years we are on another level!

Kids from states bordering us can come!! We have had 40-50% of our girls from bordering states & numerous D1 kids. D2 NAIA kids. We currently have 3 kids with D1 offers & numerous kids with D2 NAIA. Our teams are highly competitive and we have multiple teams! We get you noticed

You are responsible for getting recruited! Your play, effort, decision making, and attitude!! Where you play can alter that positively or negatively. Your ability to shine is affected by how bright the other lights are around you. You’ll need a coach who makes that light seen!

You can’t rely on your practices, open gyms or AAU games to replace your skills training. Practices are focused on team concepts, but you can only play games at the skill level you have. As a player, your individual development has to be a commitment that you are accountable for!
