@Risen_SzN There needs to be a balance. A time to work, a time to play and a time to rest. If you ever find yourself doing too much of one, then it's time to change.

Its always worth it imo because if you sacrifice your free time for sleep and give all of your available time to work, then that is all you are doing. Working until you die and not enjoying what life has to offer.
