I genuinely forgot about this! I have an official lore consult for Orela Rose, some of this ended up changed but some can still be taken as canon. The “jacket in her default” talked about here is in reference to her scrapped Default. One thing the LGBTQ devs wanted for Orela was a backstory with ZERO tragedy or death beyond what she sees in her career. This was so she’d just be a happy and healthy ordinary girl. When she was changed by a cis, straight lead, Emily was put in her lore which then made Orela a tragic character.

HMO, a prequel about these two. You just KNOW this didn’t start as enemies.
