When it mattered most, @USArmy 1st Lt. John Earl Warren chose others over himself. While serving in the Tay Ninh Province of Vietnam, Warren moved with his team through enemy fire, and in his final act, shielded his men from a grenade blast. Warren was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor and is laid to rest at Long Island National Cemetery. We honor his service.
