Alberta car insurance is a fucking joke. I have zero at fault accidents in 37 years of driving and my insurance went from $128 a month to $227 a month due to “increased number and cost of claims, and inflation” when we really know it’s due to increased number of foreigners who can’t fucking drive for shit.

Dr. Dipak Desai (Las Vegas, Nevada): This case is widely cited as one of the largest medical malpractice and public health scandals in U.S. history As many as 40,000 people may have been infected with the deadly hepatitis C virus or HIV from a Las Vegas clinic, owned by Dr Dipak Desai, an Indian American. Dr. Desai, a gastroenterologist who ran the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada, was heavily sued and criminally prosecuted after a 2008 health department investigation revealed his clinics routinely reused syringes and single-use vials of propofol. This dangerous practice led to a massive outbreak of Hepatitis C among patients. In 2013, Desai was convicted of second-degree murder, criminal neglect of patients, and fraud. He was sentenced to life in prison, where he later died.

To increase clinic profits, he routinely REUSED single-use medical devices on patients without proper sanitization, risking severe cross-contamination.

Since 1978, China has been carrying out one of the most ambitious ecological projects in human history: the Three-North Shelter Forest Program, often called the Great Green Wall. The goal is to halt the relentless advance of the Gobi and Taklamakan deserts. So far, China has planted more than 66 billion trees along a 2,800-mile (4,500 km) stretch. The government plans to plant another 34 billion trees by 2050, which could increase global forest cover by roughly 10% compared to late-1970s levels. The project was launched to combat severe soil erosion and the massive dust storms that have plagued northern China, including Beijing, for decades. Officials recently celebrated a major milestone: successfully encircling the Taklamakan Desert, helping raise the country’s overall forest coverage above 25%. Satellite observations and climate models show that these vast planted forests have already begun to alter local weather patterns by influencing the atmospheric water cycle in northern and western China. However, the project faces significant criticism. Much of the planting has relied on monocultures of fast-growing species like poplar and willow. These artificial forests lack biodiversity and have proven highly vulnerable to disease, in one province alone, over a billion trees were lost to pests. Additionally, planting water-hungry trees in arid regions has dramatically lowered groundwater levels, caused widespread tree die-off, and in some cases may have worsened desertification. As the program continues, many scientists are calling for a shift toward more diverse, native tree species that are better adapted to dry conditions and can survive long-term without depleting the region’s scarce water resources.

I would suggest that every American ask any Indian doctor where they attended medical school, and if it’s India, to turn around and walk back out the front door. Exit immediately to save your life.

Many parents in India are sending their children to the United States for MS or MBA programs without having adequate financial support. Some students reportedly take significant risks to support themselves, working cash jobs for $5 to $10 per hour in high-crime areas, such as late-night pizza deliveries or 24/7 liquor stores. Yesterday, I spoke with a few F-1 students and got the impression that fewer students from India are interested in coming to the United States for higher education than before. If you think I am wrong, visit places like Connecticut or Texas and see what students and local communities are saying.
