UPDATE: Senator Risa Hontiveros announces on Facebook that the Gatchalian bloc will donate one month's worth of salary to the victims of the magnitude 7.8 earthquake in Mindanao. In a statement, they also encourage the Cayetano bloc to join their initiative.
