De Posbank oriëntatieloop was weer heel zwaar en erg mooi. Wat een prachtige natuur daar op de Veluwe! Voor mij een 3de plaats over 20 km met 390 hoogtemeters 😅

Mooie omloop tijdens oriëntatiewedstrijd in de Belgische Ardennen, nabij de Roche aux Faucons. Maar het blijft lastig voor mij, oriënteren op hoogtelijnen: 8ste plaats Masters B😕

Ik had in 2026 nog geen oriëntatieloop gelopen en dat was gisteren te merken in Hechtel - Don Bosco. Ik was de weg volledig kwijt op weg naar post 9 en verlies daar 7 minuten 🥴

I’ve said it once and I’ll keep saying this: Belgium is a woefully underrated country. It has a fantasic, influential and very long history, the land produced a few of the finest artists and greatest minds ever, it historical cities are grand and the cuisine often unmatched.

Last Saturday, we put our new OCAD App through another practical test and presented it to around 50 mapmakers in a workshop. The feedback on the new app was overwhelmingly positive! 👍 🎉 We will be officially releasing the app soon. Stay tuned! ocad.com/app

Laatste dag van de Sylvester-5-daagse met veel fijn reliëf in het Kattenbos bij Lommel. Vandaag een 8ste plaats en daarmee een 9de plaats in het eindklassement (H50). Een erg matige 5-daagse voor mij, ik ben beter gewend 🙄

Vandaag dag 3 van de Sylvester-5-days geskipt en de Auwjaorscross in Oirschot gelopen, de wedstrijd van mijn eigen clubje Atletiek Oirschot. En ik liep goed, 5de plaats M45 🙂

Ai ai, wat zat ik vreselijk mis op weg naar post 7 op de Weerterbergen😱 Ik had geen idee meer waar ik was en verlies hier dik 6 minuten. Een goed klassement van de Sylvester-5-days kan ik nu al vergeten.........
