Well, well, well. The corrupt State Bar of Arizona has decided to spotlight the discipline against me in a biased crappy article in their magazine. Note they deliberately left out my name and the politicized circumstances - I believe for 2 reasons: 1) because they know most attorneys in Arizona don't agree with what was done to us, and 2) they know I'm a loud-mouthed journalist and would bash them over it if I found out. Well thanks to my longtime good friend who is still a licensed attorney here, who referred to it as the "AZ Attorney Ragazine" in her text to me, I discovered it.
Basically this pathetic piece of garbage says I was disciplined because I didn't know that the RICO lawsuit I led against the corrupt MaRICOpa County Supervisors, complicit judges, and their unethically shared attorneys, was "frivolous." This is EXACTLY how they are now nailing election attorneys, they label their lawsuits as frivolous.
The reality is, no judge in our lawsuit EVER made a ruling in our case! So it was never ruled as frivolous! The bar attorneys instead just swooped in to declare it was frivolous. Of course I didn't know it was "frivolous" since it wasn't. This is the Catch-22 they put conservative lawyers in order to nail them.
She gleefully said that even though I didn't even draft or file the complaint, was supervised by experienced attorneys (former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas graduated from Harvard Law, which she also conveniently left out), I was responsible for their work and should have known it was frivolous.
The corrupt attorney who wrote this article (x.com/AZethics) deliberately left all that out. She formerly worked for the bar, surprise, surprise, here is her bio:

In late 2023, the Phoenix City Council appointed her to the City of Phoenix Ethics Commission for a five-year term as one of the two required Democratic members (the commission structure mandates two Democrats, two Republicans, and one unaffiliated member for balance).
