@HIExpress Yes I know that now but the staff in @HIExpress should be more competent at their jobs as staff on the desk advised me she had changed it and I didn’t need to contact them their is no excuse thanks joel.
@HIExpress I have already contacted @HiExpress and received the worst possible customer service from both duty managers I have spoken to guest relations and opened a case but the money has still been taken out of my account even though I cancelled it.
@HIExpress absolutely disgraceful service at holiday inn Express Ealing this evening charged me £99 for a room tonight that I cancelled in person a month ago as the girl on the desk did not change it instead of changing number of nights she changed number of adults #robbed#awful
@HIExpress@HIExpress also I did contact booking.com who was far more helpful than your hotel they understood I had been misinformed and contacted @holidayinnealing on my behalf but they would not help. I am a loyal member and will not be ever using @HIExpress again
