@TamTamHEX @KCCrypto369 @Lieselweppen @GigaTheMinter Would be nice if all the inflation went to the OA thats true, but i also love getting more tokens by staking. I just think managing risk requires holding a certain percent liquid or in shorter stakes. But to each their own, I would be happy to see Stakers win in the end

@KCCrypto369 @usebrain_pls @Lieselweppen @GigaTheMinter I prefer for people not to stake. More goes to the OA that way and that entity
doesn’t sell, making it more and more scarce.

During our last Spaces, we spent time discussing how to better frame HEX in this new, lower APY environment, especially for people who are newer and trying to make sense of the trade offs.
One framing that really resonated to people came from @GigaTheMinter viewing HEX staking as a safer form of leverage.
You are effectively increasing your unit count over time, while intentionally removing the temptation and ability to sell during that period. The “cost” of that leverage is time illiquidity, not liquidation risk.
The example he gave:
BRoots held 1 million HEX liquid for the past five years and never sold.
Tiger, meanwhile, staked 1 million HEX for the exact same five year period.
If both positions mature where HEX’s price is up 10×
BRoots would experience a 10× gain.
Tiger, however, experiences that same 10× price appreciation on top of a significantly larger HEX balance earned through staking. The result is closer to a 50× outcome.
Crypto is volatile. What’s unique about HEX is that it allows different personalities to participate in different ways. Traders can trade. Liquid holders can stay flexible. Long term stakers can lean into delayed gratification and compounding.
Each approach has trade offs. Each approach serves a different type of person.
There is no universal “correct” strategy, because everyone’s financial situation, income stability, time horizon, risk tolerance and emotional bandwidth are different. What works beautifully for one person may be completely inappropriate for another.
Our role isn’t to push people into staking or shame people for staying liquid. It’s to help them understand the spectrum of choices, the trade offs involved and the consequences of each path across different market conditions.
When people understand why they’re choosing a strategy, they’re far more likely to stick with it when things get uncomfortable.
I’m looking forward to continuing this conversation next week and hearing more ideas on how we can communicate HEX and the core assets in ways that are grounded, transparent and genuinely helpful for the masses.
Please share your thoughts fam.

@NuclearHerbs @_ProveX_ It sounds generous, but that's currently $210 worth of pDAI...

If $pDAI ever hits $1 on #PulseChain
I will personally give away $100.000 to someone who likes and reply under this post.
