@Vimeo I opened support ticket 28462350 on March 23 regarding an unexpected €871.20 annual renewal/migration on my account, and I still haven’t received any response. Could someone please review or escalate my case? I contacted support the same day the charge was made.

Hi @Vimeo -- our charity event🎗️, #CoSci has been trying to use your platform to provide videos for the 110 donors who contributed - which is what we shared with them at and after the event. @Vimeo Thank you for your answer, but "certain features available in our Free plans", yet I am paying customer. I don't see any benefits being disintegrated from world cinema making. Only video hosting? There are many providers. I am missing Vimeo rich contents. Will cancel my plan.

Ehm, @Vimeo, what's going on? As a paying customer I don't only use it to host my videos, but I've used Vimeo since 2008 to discover new cinema people and video art (which was way better than Youtube). Are you serious? That's how my fav page looks like: vimeo.com/home/feed
