@autodesk, my ACC Content Catalog has been stuck syncing since yesterday. My @AutodeskRevit templates, uploaded for a cloud upgrade, aren’t done—should take nowhere near this long. Customer service opened an elevated ticket, but I’ve heard nothing since. Please resolve this.

Does anyone know of a KY rep for @autodesk? The automated software is not verifying Butler Traditional as a qualified high school and I need to speak to an actual person to fix this. Our students are competing in the state TSA competition and we need 2 laptops with software.

@autodeskhelp I had thought the original problem might have come from uploading 2020 RTE files, but the conversion hangup seems to be persisting with 2021 base files. A few weeks ago I uploaded a far larger (800+ MB) file and it unconverted in less time.

what absolute NUMPTY over at @autodesk thought it was a brilliant idea to make the Fusion360 repair tool only accessible within fusion360? If your fusion360 needs repaired, it's probably not running, so how exactly do you get to that menu?? feckin morons.

Hello @autodesk team, There is an issue with the authentication process in the Australian servers caused by the use of daylight savings time. This means people in Queensland cannot login to applications such as Fusion360 because of the time difference.

@autodeskhelp @j3cu I've tried all possible support contact links, and there was actually one chatbot instance with a "Talk to agent" option, but it then redirects to a service called SheerID, which keeps referring to some sort of "Brand Offer". Has anyone actually managed to contact support, how?
