most people playing games from our shared links are on mobile so we just shipped a device preview mode in @BeyondPlay_xyz studio

the next frontier for gaming isn't generating with ai it's knowing whether the game is actually fun recursive self-improvement works when the loop is clean: experiment, measure, improve, repeat. that's why AI is eating coding benchmarks and math proofs. the answer is right or it isn't. games don't work like that. "fun" isn't a metric. you can't unit test whether a jump feels satisfying. a game can be technically perfect and still feel dead. this is the honest challenge, the gap between AI generated playable and "worth playing" is taste. and taste doesn't fit in a loss function. verifiable fun > that's the problem worth solving. still WIP at @BeyondPlay_xyz

If You're an Entrepreneur: Stop designing businesses for 2024 scarcity. Design for 2030 abundance. Assume intelligence is free, energy is unlimited, and robotic labor costs pennies per hour. What becomes possible that's impossible today?

this is actually insane > be tech guy in australia > adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live > not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4 > pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA > feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold > zero background in biology > identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets > design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch > genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own > need ethics approval to administer it > red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine > 3 months, finally approved > drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection > tumor halves > coat gets glossy again > dog is alive and happy > professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?” one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline. we are going to cure so many diseases. I dont think people realize how good things are going to get

Expectation: the age of the IDE is over Reality: we’re going to need a bigger IDE (imo). It just looks very different because humans now move upwards and program at a higher level - the basic unit of interest is not one file but one agent. It’s still programming.
