I would keep him on for at very least the next Nation’s League and let him continue to launch new players and build around them. Reevaluate heading into the Euro qualifying cycle. He isn’t a perfect coach but he showed courage in his words and actions and possesses a fresh mind.

@CabersMohawk I don’t disagree, but Silvio is going to go back to coach the rest of the U21 Euro. Mancini needs to keep playing the youth like he did when he first got there. No idea why he ever swayed away from that. Outside of him I’m not sure who would be a good choice to hire.

Every time its ‘Vegas’ or ‘Florida’ for a player wanting out no matter who it is. Obviously has to do with success, but clearly being successful while pocketing more of your paycheque (because of the insane tax rules) makes a difference, despite Bettmans objections.

@dybalexa I would have loved to see him stay on, maybe there’s a future where he comes back(?) for now we’ll have to see if Mancini has learned his lessons and changes his stripes. Nations League is the first test and a great chance to continue what Baldini started. All we can do is hope.
