Sprinting will drive weights, but weights won’t drive sprinting? I first heard this quote from Buddy Morris, who I believe was inspired by his interactions with Charlie Francis. I've seen countless athletes get stronger in lifts, but not see it transfer to speed.

Where I am at now and want the same for my kids. Sometime a look back and wish I never left. Just a dumb kid without guidance. While I’m grateful for the opportunities, lessons and the people I’ve met. Having your children grow up around family and childhood friends is priceless.

@mboyle1959 I chased the dream and have lived pretty everywhere. Had a gravitational pull to come back home once I had kids. Too often we confuse being fulfilled personally with accomplishment professionally.
