The @BIS_org wants a grading system for permissionless blockchains. Essentially, the central bank of central banks is proposing to create a grading system for each satoshi based on transaction history that ranges from 0 to 100.

Instead of 'exploring', as the United States Treasury Secretary you could just post a #Bitcoin address and sign a message that it is part of the SBR and then let the transactions start flowing #Bitcoin into it. 🤷‍♂️ After all, a 'Bitcoin superpower' has Bitcoin, and a lot of it. Anything else is just irrelevant lip flapping. 🙌
