Victims of human trafficking are often coerced into online scams or drug smuggling by organized crime. Over 8% of all victims are forced to commit criminal acts. Ending the exploitation starts with not punishing victims for crimes they were forced to commit. #EndHumanTrafficking

The truth is, many of us have likely crossed paths with someone experiencing human trafficking without ever realizing it. It’s a crisis that often hides in plain sight. While this can happen to anyone, some people in our communities encounter victims of trafficking more often than others. We call them “frontline professionals”.
