When we CTO’d #我的刀盾 2 weeks ago, we did it for all the obvious reasons. Because the dog is absurd. Because it’s infinitely memeable. Because you see it once and it follows you everywhere. What we didn't expect is that we might have in our hands the first ever meme that is naturally bridging two worlds that almost never truly converge - East and West - under one meme, and most importantly, under one ticker. We've had people from completely different corners of the internet find the meme, join our community, and start posting their own versions of it without anyone asking them to or paying them a cent. That's the kind of adoption you genuinely cannot buy. And this is what memecoins were supposed to feel like. Memecoins shouldn't be priced according to a Google Trends chart. Memecoins were supposed to be funny. They were supposed to have a character you actually wanted to post. Somewhere along the way people forgot that. This dog is a reminder. From our side, together with a community that’s growing louder by the day, will do everything in our power to put this dog in front of every screen on the planet. The meme is already doing the heavy lifting. Our job is to make sure nothing gets in its way. If you're here, you're still early enough to notice what this is becoming. Here's how to get involved: 🌐 Website: whatthedogdoing.fun 🐦 Official Twitter: x.com/whatthedogdoins 🎨 Memedepot: memedepot.com/d/whatthedodgd… 📹 Dog Videos: t.me/+OKNVf6sZYSI5Y… ⚔️ X Raid Chat: x.com/i/chat/group_j… Make memes. Have fun. Make the world wonder what the dog doing. We already know the answer. The dog is going to billions.

One week ago I was saying a very simple thing: this dog had no ceiling because the meme itself refuses to exhaust. A week later, that looks even clearer. Usually when a meme gets stretched this hard, it starts losing force. People overuse it, force it into every context, and you feel fatigue almost immediately. Here the exact opposite happened. The more people pushed it into absurd places, the funnier it got. More edits, more formats, more situations, more completely unnecessary uses of the dog - and somehow it still keeps landing. That’s usually when you realize something stopped being a trend and started becoming internet language. What made this week even more telling is that the dog already went through the kind of stress test that usually exposes whether something is real or just the flavour of the day. We had a proper retrace. Not a cute dip. An actual -75% retrace, exactly the kind that usually kills momentum, kills morale, and turns group chats into chart autopsies. At the same time you had BSC cabal doing what they do best: spotting a good narrative, bundling a vamp at the lows, trying to redirect the same energy on their chain. And to be fair, they’re very good at that game. Some of the best traders in this space for sure. But this time it mostly proved the opposite point. Because while price got hit and liquidity split, the vibe never broke. The groupchat never became miserable. Nobody acted like their thesis broke. People kept posting absurd memes, making increasingly stupid edits, stretching the dog into places nobody expected. That tells you more than any candle ever will. At the same time the new X page (@whatthedogdoins) started printing numbers that make no sense for how young it is. One post crossed 350k views, every post gets 300-500 likes, every day more people arrive already understanding the character instantly. And a week later it still feels like the meme is expanding faster than people can price it. That’s when you know you’re not dealing with something temporary. Some memes run because price runs. Some run because influencers drag them. And some very rarely run because people genuinely don’t want to stop playing with them. That last category is where the dangerous ones come from. Somewhere between absurdity and repetition, the dog stopped behaving like content and started behaving like culture. That’s usually where very large things begin.

The more time passes, the more obvious it becomes that “What the dog doing” is not just another random AI trend people laugh at for two days and move on from. The dog has already started doing that thing very few memes ever manage to do: it escaped its original context and became usable everywhere. Every day there are more edits, more videos, more people referencing it in completely different situations, and somehow it never feels forced because the meme itself is absurdly flexible. That’s usually where you should start paying attention, because most memes die exactly when people try too hard to stretch them. This one somehow gets stronger the more it gets stretched. At some point people will realize WTDD is growing into one of those internet culture staples that can keep resurfacing for months because the content ceiling is basically nonexistent. You can drop the dog into any setting, any narrative, any geopolitical event, any market condition, and it still works. That’s rare. Early holders and bigger wallets are not here because of some deep technical thesis. They’re here because they see the same thing I see: Some projects you can PVP. You can vamp them, launch them on another chain, with a different ticker. But when something becomes a cultural object - when the meme IS the moat - there's nothing to vamp. You can't copy vibes. You can't replicate organic spread. You either have it or you don't. This dog has it. Feels like one of those things people will pretend was obvious later. And I’ll say this: I was around when Pepe and WIF launched. They looked obvious early only to a mildly obnoxious group of bagworkers who saw the vision before everyone else did. While they kept drilling ceilings, the rest of us slowly started getting it too. Glad I’m in the delusional bagworking group this time. As the dog keeps drilling ceilings, you will get it too. 6iA73gWCKkLWKbVr8rgibV57MMRxzsaqS9cWpgKBpump

1.传说 (The lore) “What the dog doing?” Find out what the dog doing
