The more Head Coaches I talk to… the more of the same things keep showing up in today’s market 👀 If you’re making a decision (HS or Portal), lock in on this ⬇️ ✅ Fit in the system ✅ Playing time (REALISTIC… not promised) ✅ Money/package 💰 ✅ Culture & staff personality ✅ AD involvement don’t forget… 🔹 Player development track record (who have they actually developed?) 🔹 Position/roster competition (who else are they bringing in?) 🔹 Stability of staff (are they staying or moving?) 🔹 Your ROLE in year 1 vs year 2 🔹 Academic + life fit off the court 🔹 AD involvement At the end of the day… Pick the place that INVESTS in your future… not just sells your present. 📈

UPDATE: Freshman forward Danielle Osho of the Miami Hurricanes women's basketball has indicated in a chat with me that she would be open to representing Nigeria’s women’s national team, D’Tigress, in the future, although the young prospect is currently focused on her development at the collegiate level. She could also be eligible to represent Nigeria at the FIBA U19 Women's Basketball World Cup expected to take place in China next year if Nigeria qualifies, as she is currently 18 years old. The 18-year-old stands at 6-foot-1 and committed to Miami ahead of several programs including Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets women's basketball, Mississippi State Bulldogs women's basketball, Vanderbilt Commodores women's basketball, Auburn Tigers women's basketball and Pittsburgh Panthers women's basketball. Osho is regarded as a long-term prospect with good size, athleticism and versatility on the wing, qualities that could be valuable for Nigeria in the future. #ballchatwithkenny

The women’s basketball world doesn’t talk enough about Jaloni Cambridge. I know people talk about her, but I don’t think the world knows how good she is. She’s one of them. Give her more TV time and she’ll be a household name. I bet you that.
