Icone was the state runner up in the triple jump. Never has such an incredible achievement stung so much, but we couldn’t be more proud of this young man and his accomplishments.

We’ve got some dudes, but it’s been a long journey. Check out the progression over four years of Michael and Icone. They worked so hard and were incredibly dedicated to improving, and they were really well coached by Martin and Pav. We are so proud of them!

Two school records thoroughly smashed! Mike broke his own school record while also adding 7 feet to the conference record with this toss of 66’7”. Icone broke Jean Luc’s triple jump record on all three attempts in the prelims, with his jump of 48’8.25” adding 10” to the record!

We put some names into the meet records yesterday! Joe jumped 21’7” (1’4.5” PR) to win C LJ, Icone jumped 44’6.5” (2’7” PR) to win C TJ, and Ramadane, Abdalla, Easton and Anthony won the B 4x2 with a 1:34.x. Great job by these guys!
