@jacksonhewitt I did, they transferred me to a local tax preparer Desiree at the West Charleston office who said she’d try to get someone above Pamela. But if Pamela is the one in charge of in Las Vegas then you guys need better representation.

@jacksonhewitt referred my sis in law. Got scheduled for yesterday after waiting 30mins they told her come back in 2half hours. Treated horribly. She spoke w/Dist. Manager in Vegas named Pamela who was confrontational for no reason. She should not be working her sister just passed and is not all there. No customer service skills at all. Nor Jasmine helped @jacksonhewitt fix this. Only my preparer is the reason we’ve stayed with you guys. Phoebe Huntsman is the best.
