The final @WeAreAFCA and D3football.com polls of the 2025 Division III football season were released today, and Wheaton is ranked seventh in the country in both polls. Regional recognition for ten top performers! D3football.com has released its 2025 All-Region Teams, and ten Thunder football players have been named to the Region 5 First and Second Teams for their impressive play this fall. Ten is the highest number of All-Region honorees in a single season for @WheatonFB since 2021. #LetsRoll #d3fb

National status for a dominant disruptor. @WeAreAFCA has announced its 2025 Division III All-America Teams, and Wheaton's Peter Johanik has been named to the Second Team defense thanks to an outstanding senior season.  The Thunder's career tackle for loss record-holder currently owns the second-most TFLs in a single season in program history with 23 and is tied for fourth in Wheaton's single-season sack category with 14 this year. Both of these figures lead the CCIW, and he has also forced the joint-most fumbles of any conference player this fall with three. Johanik is currently tied for fourth in total sacks and tied for fifth in tackles for loss in all of Division III this season. @WheatonFB has now had at least one player be recognized as an AFCA Division III All-American for 11-consecutive seasons, the longest current streak among all Division III programs. #LetsRoll
