Parenting may be new, but support systems aren’t. 🫶 Many of us already have people in our lives who are happy to help. Taking a moment to think about who they are and how they might support you can make the transition to parenthood feel a little easier. 💡

While singing, talking, or reading with your baby, pay attention to how they react. Describe what they're doing: "Did you like that song? You're smiling and clapping!" When you watch your child and respond, you're developing a trusting relationship where learning can happen!
