Hi @KAYAK , Please be aware that @MyTrip cancelled my flight reservation and has still not processed my refund. I've been trying to resolve this issue without success. Customers booking through your platform should be protected from experiences like this.

@KAYAK 40 days have gone by. Kiwi has still not refunded the cost of my tickets which were cancelled within 24-hours of booking. How these agencies are allowed to do business in USA? Unfortunately it’s a preferred agency for major platforms like Kayak. Who can fix this?
