Colts and three-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner reached agreement today on a two-year, $46 million contract extension that ties him to Indianapolis through the 2026 season, per sources.
Colts traded the No. 13 overall pick to the 49ers in 2020 for Buckner, quickly signed him to a 4-year, $84M extension, and now, award him with another big deal.

This hit is exactly the type of thing @TomBrady talked about a couple of weeks ago. How it is QB's job to keep his WR healthy. Yes it was a big hit by the defender, but Minshew threw Pittman right into danger, what was the defender supposed to do? let him catch it. A lot of QBs in this era are getting free first downs and add a lot to their stats because of the change in rules. Prior to the 2010s, the first 10 years of Tom Brady's career, every QBs stats were "down" in comparison to today because the NFL didn't let offenses benefit like this. Michael Pittman went to the locker room and is being evaluated for a concussion. t.co/ECMplfnUEw
