This is Kerugoya County Referral Hospital situation right now. A lot of patients waiting because apparently the system has been down since 9 am. We have been sitting here for 2 fvcking hours. @AnneWaiguru what is not happening? How long will the "system" take?

I watched my Grandpa deteriorate at a public hospital after being told to take his samples (blood/urine/stool) to an outside lab for testing because the hospital had practically, no lab.
He passed on eventually. Sometimes I am glad he is not here to suffer the indignity of SHA.
