Jordon Lampard awarded the Thomas Kalas Medal for the best player in the Australian Championship, while Jimmy Lambropoulos honoured with the inaugural Jimmy Armstrong Award for 58 years of service. GAME DAY Another matchday is here as we host Bulleen Lions in the Dockerty Cup at Port Melbourne's Struc Steel Stadium (JL Murphy Reserve). A big thanks to the City of Port Phillip and Port Melbourne for the collaboration on this fixture. Tickets are available at the gate.

Last night, as a club, we came together for a special evening that celebrated the people who make South Melbourne what it is. As part of the night, we proudly honoured the late Jimmy Armstrong with the introduction of an award recognising long-term service and dedication to the club. Jimmy’s impact goes far beyond the pitch, and it was important that his legacy is forever part of our story. A fitting first recipient, and the most popular man in the room, was Jimmy Lambropoulos. For over 58 years, Jimmy has been a constant at South. Through every era, every challenge and every success, his loyalty and love for the club has never wavered. The way he treats people, the respect he shows and the pride he carries in being part of Hellas is something that resonates with everyone. He represents everything we believe in and the culture we continue to build at South Melbourne Hellas.
