@11__twentyseven If you've been gifted tickets from a friend or family member, you'll need to enter the event with them as they're the original ticket purchaser. Screenshots or screen recordings of tickets will not be granted entry into the event.

@_karinaxx8 @livenationph You can only use one device and only one tab per sale you've registered for. Trying to use more than one could get you kicked out of the queue.

@rynalei_ Good question! You can only have *one* tab open for *each* show in the cities that you signed up for. Having more than one tab per show will cause errors.

@SMTicketmaster I've opened one tab per show pero nag-aabot kasi yung qn ko so while I'm securing for day 1, I had to do the same for day 2 and never nag-proceed sa payment lahat ng pag-try ko. Should I stick to one show only?

@SMTicketmaster baka bukas mas maayos na yang sit tight na yan. wdym nag intay kami ng lagpas 30 minutes para sa sit tight na yan? hindi naman sold out yung section na pinipili namin pero inaalis niyo kami. nagbago pa kayo ng tix vendor kung ang pangit pa din naman nyang pinapagamit niyo haha.
