The most interesting thing about this is that my dad said the same thing would happen in Chicago in the 80s. They called disco white people's music. My dad literally watched the birth of house music. If anything, history is repeating itself.✍️

@dances Respect, but it will always be attached to black culture in some form bc it samples Chaka Khan. Socially speaking, preference is what you're talking about. I agree w/ u about what Daft Punk might represent, but also you can't deny what these songs derive from.
