He’s singing the Kumina Prayer. A song first sung by Kumina Queen, Queenie Imogene Kennedy, who was taught the song when her spirit journeyed to Africa in Myal. The song, sung in the Kikongo language, can be loosely translated as the Our Father Prayer.

@SebastianAvenue Morris Brown has consistently been a member of the AUC, even when they were unaccredited. The school's accreditation has been restored! Also, the ITC is a part of the AUC as well! I love seeing this info come across my feed ☺️

The formation of the Atlanta University Center - April 1, 1929. Atlanta, Morehouse & Spelman signed the consortium affiliation agreement as the original members. Clark, Morris Brown & ITC joined in 1957, 1959.
Today the AUC is Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and the Morehouse School of Medicine.
