Our song “Spit It Out” was recorded at S.R. Audio in Urbandale Iowa. It was the track that we used mainly to shop around when we got signed and went to make our self titled album. We re-recorded “Spit It Out”several times. Slower speeds, faster speeds but never the same tempo. This is one of the reasons why we decided to leave our version on the album instead of anything we re-recorded. The vibes there, it’s the truth. The rest is history. “Spit It Out” // Single released September 19, 2000
