Living with your significant other is not spending time together. you can live with someone without bonding and thats why a lot of relationships end. You still have to give and show your love because people can still feel lonely under the same roof as you. You have to love your partner in the way he or she feels loved; the way THEY receive it, not just how you want to love them, or how you learned to love someone in the past. Ignoring your woman’s needs and still expecting a healthy relationship is like skipping maintenance on your car and expecting it to run forever. Sooner or later, it breaks down.

If your significant other is having a bad mental health day/week/whatever and you dont know how to help, just treat it as if they had the flu. Take care of them, get them their favourite snacks, cook their favourite dinner, put on their favourite movie, make them eat vitamins and drink water. Shower them with love and patience.
