📣 Dear @EASPORTS, @EASPORTSFC. We are writing to express our disappointment and frustration with the recent issues plaguing the clubs community yet again. As paying customers, we expect the services we have paid for to be fully functional and without any major problems. 👉🏽 However, we are all experiencing difficulties connecting to matches every night, often having to reset the lobby multiple times just to join one game. This is unacceptable and has been brought to your attention before, yet it seems to still be a recurring problem. As a community, we do not ask for much, but when we do, we simply want to be able to enjoy the game without any hindrances.
