Yeah, you technically can, muscle growth comes down to hitting your protein and calorie needs more than meal frequency. But OMAD makes it way harder to actually get enough protein, energy, and recovery in one sitting. I’ve tried similar setups and it usually felt like I was forcing everything into one meal and still falling short. For most people, 2–4 meals just makes building muscle a lot more realistic.

Vivo has many options in camera application. I will say soon. Here is an example of night portraits with both the smartphone. Vivo X300 Ultra is at optical focal length and OPPO Find X9 Ultra is at 85 mm sensor crop from 3X optical.
