At this stage, the incident appears to be contained, and there is no indication of a broader platform compromise. We continue to work with external security partners to validate platform integrity and complete a full assessment of the impact. Account reconciliation is ongoing, with balances being carefully reviewed and verified to ensure accurate restoration. All funds will be made whole. This process is progressing as expected. We understand the importance of access to your accounts and appreciate your patience while we complete these steps. Platform access will remain temporarily suspended during this process. Based on current progress, we are targeting a phased restoration of services within the next week, subject to the completion of all necessary checks. There is no action required from users at this time. We will provide a further update early next week with additional detail on restoration timing. @zignaly I contacted support long before this statement, but got no timely explanation and was only later referred to this post. Affected users should have been informed immediately by email. Seeing balances disappear without explanation caused serious alarm.
