Sorry for the late update. It has been a busy past few days on my end. I unfortunately didn’t end up matching into neurosurgery, but I wholeheartedly accept God’s decision because I know His decision is always what’s best for me. I am happy to share that I accepted a preliminary one year general surgery position at Penn State University Hershey Medical Center and will try reapplying to neurosurgery this upcoming cycle. Thank you so much to everyone for checking on me and for supporting me throughout the application cycle and during this time. The grind continues! 🙏🏾 #medX
