Washington State LB Anthony Palano plans to enter the transfer portal, his agency @ethos_sg told ESPN. The 6-1, 225 RS freshman started 7 games and recorded 63 tackles and 2 PBUs after transferring in from South Dakota State. Three more seasons of eligibility.
