Just asked the babes that work at the store where I buy boba tea if they have their pvc and all of them said their vote doesn’t count 😩😩😩. People are so demoralized

🗣️Dear Nigerians, Our country’s health budget is growing. On paper, everything looks like progress. But when you zoom in, the story changes. Trillions are approved, but somehow Nigerians are still the ones funding their own survival. From ₦635bn in 2021 to ₦2.83tn in 2025, the numbers climbed, before dipping to ₦2.46tn in 2026. Across states, ₦26.52tn was approved, but only ₦17.88tn was spent. Out of ₦1.97tn allocated to health, just ₦1.18tn was used. #AskQuestions #GetInvolved

PVC registration took all of 20 mins. Something that i was certain would waste my whole entire day. All that's left is to get the card in July. And then vote.

Who is the problem? Our parents? The government? Us?

France is known for Hermes, Chanel and Dior. Italy is known for Gucci. What is your country known for?

Most youths don’t even have PVC 😂😂 we still never serious, fr. Those market men and women we mock for selling their votes for 2k and a bowl of rice , all of them have PVCs. You, a graduate running four jobs at 24 and still can’t afford rent, are facing the consequences of bad governance more than them. still no get PVC because “the process is stressful.”

The Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway is not just about building a road. It is raising deep accountability and governance concerns that cannot be ignored. Beyond the headlines, several critical issues stand out: - Unclear total project cost and limited public disclosure on procurement process. - Demolitions and displacement of businesses and livelihoods with concerns around compensation. - Environmental risks to coastal communities, wetlands, and long term climate impact. - Phased commissioning that raises questions about political optics versus actual project completion. - Uncertainty around project design, scope, and long term maintenance plan. At Tracka, we have joined many well-meaning Nigerians in demanding answers. We submitted a Freedom of Information request to @FMWNIG through the office of the minister @DaveUmahi to seek clarity on these issues since March 2, yet no response has been received to date. This lack of transparency weakens public trust and raises further concerns about how large-scale infrastructure projects are being managed. Public projects of this magnitude must be open, accountable, and people-centred. Citizens deserve to know the true cost, the process, and the long-term impact. We will continue to #followtheprojects and demand accountability because #publicfundsmustworkforthegoodofthepeople. #askquestions

@BudgITng They will say you are de-marketing Nigeria.

With deep sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our valued colleague, Mr. Abiodun Oladipo (2nd January 1982 – 9th April 2026), after a brief illness. He was 44 years old. As Head of Programmes, Biodun was pivotal to DAWN Commission's regional integration agenda, a task to which he dedicated himself wholeheartedly since joining us in 2016. He tirelessly crisscrossed the six South-West states, forging connections and building bridges that advanced our collective vision for regional integration and development. Beyond his professional contributions, Biodun was deeply admirable and served as a mentor to many of us. His guidance, warmth, and unwavering commitment to excellence left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of working with him. We are heartbroken by this profound loss and extend our deepest sympathies to his family during this difficult time. In accordance with the family's wishes, Mr. Oladipo will be laid to rest in a private burial ceremony. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. — Management and Staff of DAWN Commission
