$500,000 is the number Once you have that much in a brokerage you can product $7,500-$10,000 a month in option income. Thats taking into account 2-4 trades a month at low deltas & minimal effort. Then life goes on easy mode.

Everything in Tasty right now. Slowly closing out most positions on the recent run. $PLTR is the only thing that may cause me problems imo.

Yeah hard to really tell at the low level of trading I am doing in this account. Very infrequent trades and I think I’ve gotten maybe 3 price improvements. I could really see it at scale being worth it or if you were scalp or day trading. I do like tasty as a tool though. I’ll continue building with some side funds but I’ll likely still leave most of my assets at Robinhood for now. Tasty needs better dashboard for the accounts. Better ways to trade p&L of the account with visuals etc. Such easy fixes imo

The speed of execution, and the ability to get out of short puts at Mark price instead of Robinhood Bid pricing has been a bit of amazing to me when comparing the platforms. That is the reason that I feel that I get better fills on TT vs RH, and probably enough for me to say that cost-wise it *could be* but maybe a wash between the two? I'm honestly surprised how much better pricing I *feel that I get* on TT. It's so hard to reasonably compare.

@steveonomics He has so much money he doesn’t need to look. When you inflow is $50k a month, it’s pretty easy to pay bills

Was talking to my brother (an ER Doc) about money. I asked him how often he checks his bank account balances. He said a couple times a YEAR!! Imagine having enough money to never need to check your checking account balances. That’s where I’m trying to be by the time I’m 40
