@eSpares the order reference number is OH95963456. Invoice number C1043249965. I created a Royal Mail returns but had to put in the invoice number in without the C to work as it was asking for a number beginning with 1. Is this ok?

@eSpares I have followed the link to Royal Mail on your returns section and it is saying retailer not found. I have to type in your company then it asks for the order reference number which I add then it says it’s invalid!!! Please help. Order ref number is OH95963456
