1.) 20% of all dev fees earned on torch.market will be used to buy $torch and airdrop holders. this has no end date. as long as torch.market generates fees, holders earn. 100% of creator fees on pf go to buybacks.

2.) the team currently holds 200M $torch (20% of supply). these tokens will be distributed to holders. once the reserve is distributed, buybacks continue with protocol revenue alone.
