Dear God, I sit in the comfort of my bed writing this, crying out of shame and sorrow and pain. While I have warmth, food, safety, and freedom, over 11,000 Palestinians remain imprisoned. Suffering some of the most horrifying conditions known to man. Waiting to die. Oh Allah, free every innocent captive. Ease their pain, comfort their hearts, reunite them with their families, and replace their suffering with relief quickly. Oh Allah, do not let their suffering continue.
